Session Outline

Learn about the stories of people who lived, worked and holidayed in Keswick during the Victorian period. Discover the Museums origins are a collection of curious objects, and how transportation and tourism reshaped the town.

Sessions last for 2 hours and can be booked as either 10am-12 noon or 12.30pm-2.30pm

• £4 per pupil, leaders free. However, book for a visit for before October half term 2023 and receive a 25% discount.
• Lunch space possible on site if booked in advance.
• Keswick Museum can also help support visits to other sites locally, such as Castlerigg stone circle – please ask for further details.
