Current Exhibition – What Keswick Means to Us

21st February – 26th March

What Keswick Means to Us is an exhibition created by Year 10 and Year 12 pupils at Keswick School who are taking part in the school’s longstanding French exchange programme with the Lycée Saint Sauveur in Redon, Brittany.

In order to welcome their French guests to Keswick, the students have created an exhibition exploring what Keswick and the local area means to them. The exhibition highlights what the local area has to offer to their guests and our museum visitors alike – from the best hills to climb and favourite places to eat; to the best spots for swimming and places that hold special memories.

To complement the students’ work, we also have a selection of objects relating to Keswick School from the museum’s collection on display – such as the school scarf, registers and photographs of the school’s sports teams.
