Do you need to hire a venue for a meeting, group activity or lecture? With great views and full amenities just minutes from Keswick town centre, Crosthwaite Room may be the perfect place.

The Crosthwaite Room is a large square room (7.5m x 7.5m) with views over Fitz Park.

The room is suitable for up to 30 people seated around tables or more using the room conference style.

There is level access directly to the room from the Lower Fitz park entrance (rear), or via the Station Road entrance (main) using the lift.

Facilities

  • Small kitchenette area (crockery and kettle provided, but please bring your own supplies to make drinks)
  • Toilets for your exclusive use
  • Projector and screen – the room has black out blinds for daytime use
  • Free WiFi
  • Hearing loop (including 2 clip-on microphones and a hand-held microphone)
  • Direct access on to the park and children’s playground (ideal for young children)
  • Catering available from Café West

Availability & Pricing

The Crosthwaite Room is available seven days a week between 09:00–17:00. Venue hire outside these times may be possible, subject to availability and out-of-hours rates.

Minimum hire 4 hours

1/2 day (up to 4 hours)£75
Full day (9am - 5pm)£120

Only need a desk for one? You can also book a co-working space on select dates.
